[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Sangjin] SK REITs has signed a sale contract approximately two months after putting gas stations in the metropolitan area and provincial regions on the market.

According to investment banking (IB) sources on the 8th, SK REITs' clean energy trust management real estate investment company approved the sale contract for six SK Energy gas stations during a board meeting.

The sale includes three gas stations in the metropolitan area and three in provincial areas. The total sale amount is approximately 26 billion won, with the transaction expected to be completed in December.
