[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Sangjin] Boeing revealed on the 24th that employee submissions expressing concerns about product and service safety had increased sixfold in the first two months of this year compared to the same period last year.

This sharp increase occurred after the January 1st incident involving a mid-air cabin panel rupture at Alaska Airlines.

Mike Delaney, Boeing's Chief Aerospace Safety Officer, stated, "Our actions are focused on additional enhancements to ensure the safety, regulatory compliance, and suitability of our products and services without compromise."
