[Alpha Biz= Paul Lee] Family entertainment company The Pinkfong Company announced on January 15 that it is stepping up its push into the Middle East market, focusing on Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The company will stage large-scale performances at Dubai’s premier tourist destination, Global Village, which attracts over 10 million visitors annually. As part of the 11th Kids Fest running until February 15, The Pinkfong Company will present the “Pinkfong Baby Shark Show” three times daily for a total of 96 performances.
In addition, the company is launching offline retail operations at “KOREA 360 UAE,” a Korean cultural promotion space run by the Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA). The 1,606㎡ space will sell more than 200 products across nine categories, including Pinkfong, Baby Shark, and Bebe Fin plush toys.
From January 23, The Pinkfong Company will also host the “Pinkfong Film Festival: K-Animation Screening Festival” in two sessions, showcasing four pieces of content, including “Pinkfong Cinema Concert: Space Adventure.”
