[Alpha Biz= Paul Lee] Hanwha Investment & Securities (KRX: 003530) announced on the 29th that no decision has been made regarding the potential sale of its stake in Dunamu, following reports linking the move to merger discussions between Naver Financial, a Naver subsidiary, and Dunamu.

“As Dunamu and Naver Financial are in discussions over a strategic partnership, including a possible comprehensive share swap, we are considering multiple options—including retaining, exercising appraisal rights, or selling our stake—but nothing has been finalized.”
