[Alpha Biz= Kim Jisun] SEOUL, June 5 — Netmarble said it will sell its Seoul headquarters, G-Tower, for 697.7 billion won ($510 million), as part of its relocation plan.
According to a regulatory filing, the buyer is NH Investment & Securities, acting as trustee for a real estate investment trust.
The property, located in Guro, Seoul, is a 39-story office building currently occupied by Netmarble and Coway.
Netmarble plans to move into a new headquarters under construction in Gwacheon by the second quarter of 2028. Until then, employees will continue to work at G-Tower.
The new building, scheduled for completion next year, will have a total floor area of approximately 129,000 square meters.
