[Alpha Biz= Kim Jisun] Seoul, September 25, 2025 – Kolmar Holdings announced that it has withdrawn three lawsuits filed against its subsidiary Kolmar BNH just one day before the company’s extraordinary shareholders’ meeting scheduled for September 26.

The withdrawn cases include:

Application to block the convening of the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting

Application for the appointment of an inspector

Appeal against the court’s decision to dismiss an injunction seeking to suspend the validity of resolutions

All three lawsuits were intended to delay or nullify the effects of the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting.

Court Rulings

The Daejeon District Court and the Seoul Central District Court previously dismissed Kolmar Holdings’ requests to block the convening of the meeting.

Kolmar Holdings appealed the rulings, but the appellate courts also rejected the injunctions.

On September 25, the Supreme Court dismissed the company’s final special appeal, effectively exhausting its legal options.

Kolmar Holdings’ decision to withdraw its lawsuits clears the way for Kolmar BNH to proceed with its extraordinary shareholders’ meeting without further legal hurdles.
