[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] The Financial Supervisory Service has called for a correction of the securities report on Tilon, a cloud and metaverse office company that is seeking to be listed from the KONEX market to the KOSDAQ market.

The Financial Supervisory Service explained that the request for Tilon to submit a correction report on the 17th is to prevent damage that may occur if investors are not fully aware of such matters in the face of a lack of clear statements on the significant deterioration of the financial structure following the Supreme Court's decision.

An enterprise in receipt of a request for submission of a correction report shall submit a correction report within three months. Failure to submit a securities report shall be deemed to have been withdrawn in accordance with the Capital Markets Act.

"The case is in line with the plan to focus on cases in which investor protection issues have not been resolved among the recently announced plans to review corporate disclosure securities reports," a Financial Supervisory Service official said.

As the FSS demanded Tilon file a correction report, Tilon is expected to hurry to submit a correction report to complete the listing process by August 9.

Established in 2001, Tilon is engaged in cloud virtualization, metaverse office platform, block chain technology-based electronic documents and electronic contract solutions.
