[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] Ecopro, the secondary battery of the KOSDAQ market, renewed its 52-week high price.
Ecopro closed at 943,000 won on the KOSDAQ market on the 5th, up 6.43% (57,000 won) from the previous trading day's closing price (886,000 won). It rose to 958,000 won during the day.
Both the high and the closing prices of the market were rewritten for 52 weeks. Ecopro has renewed its 52-week high price for three consecutive trading days since the 3rd.
Expectations for secondary battery companies have risen as the delivery volume of electric vehicle companies, including Tesla of the U.S., has exceeded expectations.
EcoPro has subsidiaries such as EcoProBM, the No. 1 KOSDAQ market cap that produces anode materials, which are secondary battery materials, and EcoProHen, an eco-friendly solution company. Ecopro ranks second in KOSDAQ market capitalization. These three companies are called 'EcoPro Three Brothers' and are driving the rise of the KOSDAQ market this year.
Ecopro will reach 1 million won if it raises its stock price by more than 6% in the future.
