[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] Prosecutors on the 31st raided the Korea Aerospace Research Institute, which is suspected of leaking the Nuri technology.

On the same day, the Daejeon District Prosecutors' Office confirmed the computers and data of four researchers who were accused by the Ministry of Science and ICT.

A day after he said he had filed a complaint with the prosecution, the prosecution launched a surprise raid.

They are projectile researchers who participated in the development of the Nuri and have been audited by the Ministry of Science and ICT since the 13th on charges of technology leaks ahead of their move to a private company. The Ministry of Science and ICT filed a complaint with the prosecution on the 30th by removing hard disks containing technical information related to Nuriho and checking intensive access to technical data at a certain time in accordance with the Industrial Technology Protection Act and the Unfair Competition Prevention and Trade Secret Protection Act.

Researchers explain that it was just a practice in the process of going back and forth between Daejeon Korea Aerospace Research Institute and Naro Space Center in Goheung, Jeonnam, and that it was not a technology leak. However, the Ministry of Science and ICT accused the removal of the hard disk itself as a violation of regulations.

"It is true that we have been raided by the prosecution. The details are being audited by the Ministry of Science and ICT, and the seizure search has been conducted by the prosecution, so specific issues are unknown," said an official at the Korea Aerospace Research Institute.
