[Alpha Biz= Kim Jisun] SEOUL, October 27, 2025 — Noh So-young, director of Art Center Nabi and former spouse of Chey Tae-won, chairman of SK Group, has been officially removed from the list of affiliated persons (specially related parties) within the SK Group following the legal finalization of their divorce.
According to a public disclosure filed by SK Holdings Co., Ltd. and SK Innovation Co., Ltd. on October 27, both companies reported the change through their respective “Report on Changes in Shareholdings of Largest Shareholders and Specially Related Parties.”
SK Holdings stated that Noh’s 8,762 shares (approximately 0.01%) have been excluded from the list of affiliated persons “due to the termination of a special relationship.” As a result, the total shares held by Chairman Chey and related parties decreased from 18,459,285 shares to 18,445,379 shares.
Similarly, SK Innovation reported the removal of Noh’s 8,362 shares (0.01%), reducing the combined holdings of the largest shareholder and affiliates from 88,073,331 shares to 88,059,971 shares.
Under Korean corporate law, “specially related persons” are defined as individuals or entities with close economic or familial ties to the company’s controlling shareholder.
The change follows the Supreme Court’s decision on October 16, which finalized the divorce between Chey Tae-won and Noh So-young, confirming the dissolution of marriage and alimony while remanding the property division portion for further review. The ruling effectively ended Noh’s legal and economic connection to SK Group as a related party.
