Harim challenges the frozen dumpling market with dumplings with 'juiciness'. In the future, we will continue to expand the frozen category to enhance our competitiveness in the frozen HMR market.
Harim released nine types of frozen dumplings called "The Gourmet Dumplings" on the 5th. The gourmet dumplings released this time are a total of nine types, including four types of meat juice meat, juicy shrimp, kimchi, meat brisket gyoza, three kinds of beef shiitake, ripened kimchi, and chives shrimp hand-made dumplings, and two kinds of meat and seafood dumplings. The company plans to increase its market share to 10% in the domestic frozen dumpling market worth 450 billion won within a year.
The gourmet dumpling is characterized by juicy "juiciness."
Recently, Harim has focused on frozen HMR. In November last year, 'The Gourmet' entered the frozen HMR market, starting with frozen soup. In March, the second HMR brand 'Melting Piece' was launched and the frozen △ fried △ hamburger cutlet △ hot dog was unveiled. Harim plans to continue to expand the frozen HMR category.
Rapid freezing technology is important for improving the freshness and quality of ingredients in the development of frozen HMR products. It is expected that how effectively fast freezing technology and cold chain will be solved in the market will be competitive.
