HL REIT Management acquires the office building 'Center Place' in downtown Seoul.

[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Minyoung] According to investment banking sources on the 23rd, KB Asset Management has selected HL REIT Management as the preferred negotiator for the sale of Center Place in Seoul. The sale was facilitated by the brokerage firms Cushman & Wakefield Korea, NAI Korea, and ACRETREE.

HL REIT Management emerged with the highest bid among participants including Hana Alternative Asset Management and Mastern Investment Management. Their proposed acquisition price is reported at 26 million won per square meter (approximately 3.3 million won per square foot), making it the highest bid in the auction. This translates to a value exceeding 250 billion won when converted based on floor area.

Center Place, located in the central business district (CBD) of Seoul, spans from the 4th to the 23rd floor and consists of office spaces totaling 32,720 square meters in gross floor area.
