[Alpha Biz= Kim Jisun] The comprehensive share swap between Naver Financial and Dunamu has been postponed by three months, reflecting adjustments to regulatory and procedural timelines.

According to a regulatory filing on March 30, Naver announced that the shareholders’ meetings for both companies have been rescheduled from May 22 to August 18. The closing of the transaction, including the share exchange and transfer, has also been pushed back from June 30 to September 30.

Naver stated that the schedule adjustment reflects ongoing procedural requirements, including approval processes and alignment with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
