[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Jisun] According to a report by the UK's BBC on the 11th (local time), the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration (DVFA) announced a recall of Samyang Food's Hek Buldak Extra Spicy Roasted Chicken Ramen 3×Spicy, Hek Buldak Extra Spicy Roasted Chicken Ramen 2×Spicy, and Hek Buldak Extra Spicy Roasted Chicken Ramen.

The DVFA stated that the capsaicin levels in a single packet were deemed too high, posing a risk of acute intoxication for consumers.

The DVFA recommended, "If you have the product, dispose of it or return it to the store where it was purchased."

Furthermore, the DVFA warned that extremely spicy foods could be harmful to children, particularly emphasizing the potential risks.
