[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Jisun] EcoPro has issued a warning about an illegal scam site impersonating "EcoPro Supply Application," expressing concerns over potential investor losses.

On the 3rd, EcoPro revealed that a fraudulent site under the domain 'www.ecopro-cbi.com' is luring investors. The site unlawfully used EcoPro's official CI, CEO's message, company status report, and recent news content.

This site prompts users to input personal information such as names and phone numbers under the guise of applying for supply quotas. Those who submit their information may receive phone calls requesting personal bank account details.

The fraudulent site also falsely advertised supply quotas at ₩59,800 per share, claiming closure upon depletion of stocks on a first-come, first-served basis. EcoPro is considering reporting these fraudulent activities to relevant authorities.

Last October, EcoPro alerted investors via its website popup about similar illegal sites ahead of EcoPro Materials' listing. They had reported these scams to the police cyber investigation unit and the Financial Services Commission.
