[Alpha Biz= Paul Lee] SBJ DNX will sell a 10% stake to LG CNS, a company specializing in AI transformation.

Shinhan Bank announced on December 11 that SBJ DNX and LG CNS held a “Share Investment Signing Ceremony” on December 10 to collaborate on banking solutions in Japan. SBJ DNX is a subsidiary of SBJ Bank, Shinhan Bank’s local branch in Japan.

The move aims to develop SBJ DNX into a leading digital and ICT-focused company. Shinhan Bank expects synergies from combining SBJ DNX’s experience and expertise in the Japanese market with LG CNS’s digital transformation capabilities. The partnership will particularly focus on expanding banking solution services to Japanese financial institutions.
