KakaoTalk Experiences 6-Minute Messaging Error: Reporter Kim SangJin / approved : 2024-09-20 10:07:28

[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Sangjin] On the morning of the 20th, KakaoTalk users experienced issues with sending and receiving messages, causing inconvenience for some.

Kakao stated that from 9:24 AM to 9:30 AM, a delay in message transmission and reception occurred for some users. The company promptly responded, resolving the issue completely by 9:30 AM.

Kakao is currently investigating the cause of the error.
