[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Sangjin] Shinhan Securities raised its target price for Douzone Bizon by 13.6% to 100,000 KRW, citing the company's strong performance in line with the global AI software sector. The revised target price is 59.2% higher than the previous closing price of 62,800 KRW.
According to Shinhan Securities, Douzone Bizon reported a 63.3% increase in operating profit for Q3 this year, reaching 24.9 billion KRW, surpassing market expectations and driven by the rising stock prices of global AI software companies.
Shinhan Securities highlighted two key factors contributing to Douzone Bizon's improved profitability: growth in revenue from cloud services and increased market penetration of its "One AI" platform.
Although some of Douzone Bizon's subsidiaries are still in the red, the company’s core business continues to show strong performance. The firm expects continuous improvement in operating profit margins through 2026, with projections indicating a 1.7% and 2.6% increase in operating profit margins for 2025 and 2026, respectively, compared to 2023.
