[Alpha Biz= Kim Jisun] SEOUL, November 18 — NH NongHyup Bank has launched a voluntary early retirement program for employees aged 40 or older with at least 10 years of service, according to financial industry sources.
Applications will be accepted from November 18 to 21, with retirement taking effect on December 31.
Eligible employees will receive severance equal to 20 months of their average monthly wage at the time of retirement.
Employees aged 56 (born in 1969) will receive an enhanced package of 28 months of average monthly pay.
