Lee Jung-jae and Jung Woo-sung's Agency Merges with Artist United

[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Sangjin] Actor management company Artist Company has merged with Artist United, as announced on the 5th. Artist Company stated, "We have signed a merger agreement with Artist United and plan to evolve into a global comprehensive entertainment company that encompasses management, production, and commerce."


Artist United is a KOSDAQ-listed company based on an AI big data platform, with actor Lee Jung-jae as its largest shareholder. The company has recently acquired Artist Studio (formerly known as Raemongraein), known for producing popular dramas like "Sungkyunkwan Scandal," "The Youngest Son of a Conglomerate," and "Death to Snow White," as well as distributing films such as "She Died" and "One Win."

Artist Company specializes in managing actors, with a roster that includes prominent names such as Ahn Sung-ki, Lee Jung-jae, Jung Woo-sung, Youn Jung-ah, Park Hae-jin, and Lim Ji-yeon. The company has also been involved in the production of Netflix series "The Silent Sea," ENA drama "Tell Me You Love Me," and the film "Hunt."
