[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Sangjin] Lotte Chilsung Beverage experienced an internal network error, which affected the ability of sales representatives to access the Sales Force Automation (SFA) system on their tablets.
According to industry reports on the 14th, the issue occurred from the previous day until the morning of the 14th, preventing sales staff from recording their activities through the SFA system.
Lotte Chilsung announced that the system was restored to normal by 12 PM on the same day. However, some employees continued to experience difficulties with system access at that time.
A company representative stated, "There was a temporary network error, but it was resolved by 12 PM today. Currently, the system is functioning properly within the company."
