Taeyoung Group's The Honors CC is sold to Gangdong GROUP for 300 billion won

[Alpha Biz= Reporter Kim Jisun] Taeyoung Group will hand over The Honors CC, a golf course owned by Blue One, a tourism and leisure affiliate, to GD GROUP.

According to the industry on the 25th, Taeyoung Group selected Gangdong Group (Director GD GROUP) as the preferred bidder for the sale of The Honors CC and signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU).

The transaction price was reported to be in the mid-300 billion won range, and all auxiliary facilities, including 296 condominiums and water parks nearby, including The Honors CC, were included in the sale list. The Honors CC is a 27-hole membership golf course in Bomun Tourist Complex in Gyeongju, Gyeongbuk.

GD GROUP is a construction material company with cement-related companies such as Korea Cement and Gangdong Remicon, and is expanding its business to golf courses and landscaping.
