[Alpha Biz= Reporter Paul Lee] Shinhan Investment & Securities' special purpose company (SPC) "Shinhan Value Business Primary Corporation" (hereinafter referred to as "Shinhan Value Up") became the second-largest shareholder of DOUZONE on behalf of Bain Capital.


DOUZONE announced that global private equity fund (PEF) Bain Capital, which participated as the second largest shareholder in 2021, completed the disposal of 3,035,552 DOUZONE shares (9.99%) in a block deal manner to Shinhan Value Up on the 29th.

For this transaction, Shinhan Investment & Securities participated as a financial supervisor and raised a total of 313 billion won through its own investment and external investor recruitment.
