Yoon Byung-woon, Yoo Chan-hyung, and Sa Jae-hoon are nominated for the next CEO of NH Investment & Securities

[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] NH Investment & Securities' next CEO candidate has been narrowed down to three. Among the candidates were Yoon Byung-woon, vice president of NH Investment & Securities' IB1 division, Yoo Chan-hyung, former vice chairman of the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation, and Sa Jae-hoon, former vice president of Samsung Securities.

According to the financial investment industry on the 6th, NH Investment & Securities convened an executive nomination committee within the board of directors and finalized a short list of candidates for the next president. Three people, including CEO Yoon, former vice chairman Yoo and former vice president Sa, are reportedly included in the final candidate group.

Jung Young-chae, who has led NH Investment & Securities for six years since 2018, has given up his second term. "I decided to leave the company after playing a role until the shareholders' meeting," CEO Chung said on his social networking service (SNS). "There has been a lot of talk for a while, but I decided that now is the right time to organize myself."

Meanwhile, NH Investment & Securities is scheduled to announce one final candidate at an extraordinary board meeting on the 12th. The next representative is expected to be officially appointed at a shareholders' meeting on the 26th of this month.
