[Alpha Biz = Reporter Lee Joonhyun, Barcelona] KT introduced its no-code platform Agent Builder, which allows non-developers to create artificial intelligence (AI) agents optimized for industrial environments, at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2026 in Barcelona, Spain.

The platform was designed to target enterprise customers that have been hesitant to adopt AI due to the time and cost burdens associated with technology development.

A key feature of Agent Builder is that users can build AI agents using a drag-and-drop interface without requiring specialized coding knowledge.

Users can combine pre-built workflow templates and conversation modules to complete the entire process—from defining use cases and connecting data to configuring response methods and deploying the AI agent.

KT said that after deployment, the platform enables continuous quality improvement through real-time log analysis and performance monitoring.

As a practical use case, the company presented a “meeting minutes automation agent.” The AI agent analyzes voice recordings to identify speakers and structure key discussion points to automatically generate meeting minutes.

It can then draft official documents by incorporating responsible departments and deadlines. By linking with internal document management systems, the agent can also automate the approval process.

During the exhibition, KT demonstrated additional applications including automated document drafting for public institutions and automated research briefing generation for asset management teams at financial institutions, highlighting the platform’s practical business applications.

KT plans to expand industry-specific AI template services based on the Agent Builder platform.

The company is currently preparing specialized templates based on validated scenarios in industries such as finance, manufacturing and the public sector, aiming to minimize development burdens for enterprises.

Agent Builder will also be integrated with KT’s unified AI platform K-intelligence Studio, enabling key capabilities such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to be provided as modular functions that can be flexibly combined depending on business requirements.

“Agent Builder and industry-specific AI templates are practical solutions that can accelerate AI transformation (AX) across industrial sites,” said Yoo Seo-bong, head of KT’s Enterprise AX Business Division.

“KT will continue to advance various AI services as a key AX partner for enterprises, helping them realize tangible business value,” he added.
