[Alpha Biz= Kim Jisun] Seoul, August 28, 2025 — Lotte Global Logistics is undergoing a regular tax audit by the Seoul Regional Tax Office, marking its first such review in five years.
According to industry sources, the Investigation Bureau No. 1 of the Seoul Regional Tax Office has been conducting the audit since June and is scheduled to complete the process by the end of this month.
This is the first regular audit since 2020, when the company underwent its initial review following Lotte Group’s acquisition of Lotte Global Logistics in 2016.
A company spokesperson said, “We are currently undergoing a regular tax audit, and it is expected to be completed without any special issues.”
